Scaling Lowell into a 5,000-employee, pan-European leader, James showcased expertise in financial strategy and operational efficiency, shaping his vision for Accumin’s impact on real estate and investment sectors. His career spans private equity, technology, and financial services.


James Cornell

Jaime is Accumin’s Chief Financial Officer, managing financial strategy and operations. He leverages expertise in investment, M&A, and corporate growth to drive success in real estate and asset management.

With 12 years at PwC’s Deals department and key roles at Vía Célere, Jaime has deep expertise in finance and real estate, shaping his strategic approach to Accumin’s expansion and market leadership.

He holds a Business Administration degree from UAM and CBS.


Jaime Churruca

Teresa Coelho is dedicated to Accumin's Global People and ESG Agenda, she is driving innovation and supporting our transformation journey with success, making her a valued member of our team.

Teresa is an accomplished people and sustainability leader with a strong background in several industries financial (banking & insurance), retail (online and marketplace) and Big4. She brings over 25 years of experience in areas such as business transformation, culture, engagement and service management, consistently delivering impactful results for clients and organizations.

She is a Sociologist, with an HR master's degree from ISCTE. Mother of 2 she is also an active member of our society and a business angel for sustainable Spanish business and Technovation Girls and Women in Tech.


Teresa Coelho

Luís has been Accumin's Global Head of Value Creation since 2022. He is responsible for shaping business growth opportunities and driving the strategic and transformation (value creation) roadmap across the group.

Luís brings over 15 years of experience in strategy consulting and executive roles within the Financial Services and Real Estate industries, having worked at PwC, Bain & Company, and Mutua Madrileña. He has helped global leading corporations and investors to tackle some of their toughest business and operational challenges in real estate.

He is a Civil Engineer and holds an MBA from ESADE Business School.


Luís Madeira

Ramón is overseeing Accumin’s technology strategy and digital innovation. He ensures robust IT infrastructure and drives technological advancements across the company.

With 10+ years as CIO in multinational firms, Ramón’s expertise in e-commerce and online travel strengthens Accumin’s digital transformation and operational efficiency. He joined the group in 2014.

He is a mathematician with a master's degree in Financial Analytics from UC3M.


Ramón Mateos

Maarten is Accumin’s Global Head of Value and Advisory. Having a broad experience in the real estate sector he joined Accumin in 2024 to strengthen our Value and Advisory vertical and B2B business.

 With expertise in consultancy and real estate, having worked for Deloitte, EY and Cushman, Maarten has advised on global restructurings for corporates as well as real estate advise on global portfolios of all asset classes. 

Maarten is a lawyer, and holds a master’s in fiscal law from University of Groningen.


Maarten de Haas

Manuel is Accumin’s Global Head of Intelligence, leading the development and delivery of technology, data, and AI solutions that drive transformative outcomes for our clients. He oversees our data and AI strategy, data advisory, and market research services across all regions.

With over a decade of experience in technology and artificial intelligence, Manuel previously advised global organizations at McKinsey & Company, where he helped shape data-driven strategies that now strengthen Accumin’s real estate and investment capabilities.

He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICAI) and Economics from UNED.


Manuel Hurtado

Johan has been Accumin's Global Head of Risk since 2022, overseeing the group's risk management products and services across all geographies. 

Johan brings 15+ years of experience in leadership roles within the Financial Services Industry having worked at ABN AMRO Bank, Rabobank and BKR Foundation.

He has a law master's degree from Utrecht University supplemented with leadership courses from a.o. London Business School and IESE Business School.


Johan Drost

José is Accumin’s Global Head of Home, leading the strategy and innovation business initiatives at global level in the direct channel (B2C), boosted through technology.

>25 years of experience specialising in strategic omni-channel digital business. Experienced in driving transformation, new business and automation in companies in different sectors such as Travel, Retail, Financial Services, Energy and Real Estate.

Jose holds an executive MBA from Instituto de Empresa (IE), a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), and concluded the Innovation Culture Programme at the London Business School.


José Rivera

Juan José is Head of Latam, Portugal and Morocco businesses. 

Over the last 20 years he occupied different positions from HR to business leadership roles at Accumin. His focus on talent development and organizational growth combined with strong market and business knowledge have driven success for the Group. 

He holds a Law degree from University of Extremadura and has a master’s degree in HR from IE.


Juan José Hernández

José Antonio is Tinsa by Accumin (Spain) Executive Chairman, guiding corporate strategy and leadership. He ensures excellence in valuation, advisory, and real estate services.

With over 20 years as Technical Director and leading Tinsa Spain by Accumin since 2017, his expertise drives Accumin’s growth and industry leadership.

He is an architect with a degree from Etsam and concluded the Senior Management Program (PADE) for entrepreneurs and executive managers at IESE.


José Antonio Hernández

Steffen is Regional Head of Value and Advisory and MD of Persch Consult by Accumin, leading digitalization and growth. He drives innovation in real estate valuation and data processing to enhance efficiency.

With 18+ years in valuation, founding a consultancy, and roles at CBRE, his expertise strengthens Accumin’s market position and technological advancements.

He holds a degree in Business Engineering (Real estate economics and management) from HAWK Hildesheim / Holzminden / Göttingen, and a degree from Real Estate Academy Berlin for Real Estate Economics. He is a certified valuer (HypZert F) and RICS Fellow (FRICS).


Steffen Berger

Matthias is Accumin’s Regional Head of Software & on-geo's (by Accumin) Managing Director, driving digital solutions and software innovation to enhance our solutions offering in Germany and globally. 

He joined on-geo by Accumin in 2011 as Sales Manager and has previous experience in the media industry. His drive and motivation led him from Sales Manager to Managing Director of on-geo by Accumin, shaping its technological advancements.

He has an academic background in IT.


Matthias Knabe

Jesús is Accumin’s Head of North Latam and MD of Tinsa by Accumin (Mexico), leading operations and strategy. He ensures excellence in valuations and strengthens the company’s market presence.

Since joining in 2004, his expertise in valuations has been key to Tinsa Mexico’s (by Accumin) growth, driving its leadership in the real estate sector since 2017.

He is an architect from Autonomus University of the State of Mexico, he holds an Art Studies master's degree from Universidad Europea. He is MRICS since 2014.


Jesús Orozco

Juan Camilo is Accumin’s Head of Central Latam and MD of Tinsa by Accumin (Colombia), leading property and valuation strategies. He drives market expansion and operational excellence in the real estate sector.

With 20 years in valuations and as ZALA Colombia’s deputy manager, his expertise has been key to Accumin’s growth since joining through acquisition in 2012. He brings deep industry knowledge and insights.

He holds a Business degree from Universidad Autonoma de Manizales, MBA from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Master in Finance and Financial Management Services from EAFIT.


Juan Camilo Castaño

Felipe is the Head of South Latam at Accumin from where he is promoting strategic growth and guaranteed operational excellence in different countries, contributing to the company's continuous expansion in the region.

Felipe has led teams and operations with a strategic vision focused on continuous improvement, sustainable growth and the development of high-value solutions for clients in the financial and real estate sector. His deep technical knowledge and experience in the industry have been instrumental in strengthening Tinsa's (by Accumin) position in southern Latin America.

He is an architect from the Andrés Bello University, with a postgraduate degree from the University of Chile and MBA from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.


Felipe García

Elena joined Tinsa by Accumin in 2025 as an independent advisor and a board member with a focus on strengthening our independence.

Elena has a broad know how in the legal and External Affairs fields and a proven understanding of its business dimension. 

She has served as General Counsel and ExCo member at relevant national and multinational companies in various sectors, like infrastructures and real state (Sacyr) or telecom (Vodafone Spain), as well as independent Director at companies like CEU (education) or Linea Directa Aseguradora (insurance).  

Elena has also served as State Attorney (Abogado del Estado) in various roles, including the Spanish Government representation at the Supreme Court, and currently serves as Chairman of the Spanish Court of Arbitration, belonging to the Spanish Chamber of Commerce.
